Riding here
Kenai Fjords is mostly ice and ocean, seen by boat. The one road runs from near Seward to Exit Glacier, an easy ride with a bike rack at the trailhead so you can hike the last half mile to the glacier. In winter, when the road isn't plowed to the glacier, people come by ski, dog team, snowmachine and fat bike.
Where you can ride
Bikes are allowed anywhere in the park except the Information Center decks in Seward's small boat harbor and the Exit Glacier trail system.
Where you can't
No bikes on the Exit Glacier trail system or the Information Center decks.

E-bikes
The park's own bicycling page doesn't spell out e-bike rules. Under the NPS e-bike rule (36 CFR 4.30), an e-bike with working pedals and a motor under 750 watts is generally allowed where regular bikes are, and riding on the motor alone is barred anywhere cars can't go. Parks can restrict them, so confirm with the park before you bring one.
